Who provides Roomspec

Roomspec is the brand for this service. It is operated by Mohammed Abdullahi, based in Abuja, Nigeria. In these terms, “Roomspec” refers to that service. Contact: support@roomspec.co.

Using Roomspec

You may use Roomspec for lawful, personal room-planning purposes. You must be able to grant permission for any photo or instructions you submit. Do not upload another person’s private space without their permission or submit unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

Public-beta access, generation credits and features may be limited, changed or withdrawn to protect reliability, safety and operating costs.

Design guidance, not professional certification

Roomspec provides visual concepts and practical suggestions. It does not provide architectural, engineering, electrical, plumbing, construction, financial or safety certification. A photo cannot establish exact dimensions, hidden conditions or product fit.

Confirm measurements, access routes, installation requirements, landlord permission and product details before purchasing or changing a room. Use a qualified professional where safety or regulated work is involved.

Products, prices and external services

Retailer prices, stock, delivery, tax, returns and product specifications can change. Verify them on the retailer’s website before buying. Roomspec does not currently process product purchases or control a retailer’s fulfilment, returns or warranties.

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave Roomspec.

Your projects

You retain your rights in the photos and instructions you submit. You permit Roomspec and its service providers to process them only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service under the privacy notice.

Generated concepts may contain inaccuracies or visual approximations. Do not represent a concept as a measured construction drawing or an exact depiction of a recommended product unless Roomspec explicitly identifies it that way.

Availability and responsibility

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to make it reliable, but generation can fail and access can be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roomspec is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made without completing the checks described above.
